Carrier Appoints Ellen Trager, Executive Director, Digital

The Momenta Executive Search team congratulates Ellen Trager on her placement as Executive Director, Digital, CHVAC, at Carrier.

Carrier, the leading global provider of healthy, safe, sustainable, and intelligent building and cold chain solutions, has appointed Ellen Trager as Executive Director, Digital, CHVAC.

Trager is a dynamic business leader who brings over 25 years of international experience as an in-house leader, management consultant, and lean six sigma expert, delivering successful digital transformations through the creation of strategies that identify and unlock value. Trager will lead the development and deployment of Carrier’s digital strategy within the Commercial HVAC business to drive profitability, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.

Prior to Carrier, Trager served as Managing Director, UKI Management Consulting for Accenture, SVP, Business Transformation for Philips Lighting, VP Quality, Industrial Solutions for GE Energy, and CIO & VP, Lean Six Sigma for GE Sensing & Inspection Technologies.
