Rachel Taylor joins Momenta as Principal Partner of Executive Search

Momenta, the leading global Executive Search, Advisory, and Ventures firm focused on Digital Industry, is pleased to announce the appointment of Rachel Taylor as Principal Partner of Executive Search.

Taylor has a long history of partnering with early co-founders and senior executives to build high-functioning teams at Enterprise Infrastructure, Big Data, Connectivity, and IoT marquee technology companies. The addition of Taylor strengthens Momenta’s offerings to Early Start-Up, Growth Stage, and Venture Capital clients - further expanding its footprint in the technology-rich Silicon Valley ecosystem.

For the past five years, Taylor has been the CEO and Founder of venture-backed IoT technology startup, Nubix, where she focused on building a DevOps CI/CD solution for the Industrial IoT market. Momenta is an early investor in Nubix, and the team has worked side by side with Taylor and her team for almost 3 years as she led the company and delivered a truly innovative technology offering to accelerate digital transformation.

Prior to founding Nubix, Taylor built and managed recruiting teams, and was responsible for hiring across senior executive roles, at several early technology companies including Cloudera, Meraki, and VMware among others.
