On November 19th, The Things Conference Asia Pacific On Tour will be taking place in Adelaide, Australia. Lee Carter, Principal Partner in Momenta Partners’ Ventures practice, will be attending the event and we invite you to meet with him to discuss the capabilities of LoRaWAN.
The Things Conference on Tour is being hosted by the Growing Data Foundation. The event helps exhibit and promote The Things Network, a global open network and tools set for building LoRaWAN-powered IoT ecosystems and solutions. Founded in 2015, The Things Network has over 80,000 users across 147 countries. As low-power wide-area network (LPWAN) connectivity continues to proliferate, the global LoRaWAN standard is becoming increasingly key in driving IoT adoption.
The conference’s keynote speaker will be Johan Stokking, tech lead and co-founder of The Things Network. The event provides a forum for attendees to meet and network with industry participants and leaders while learning about IoT and LoRaWAN. Given the size of Australia and its large rural areas, The Things Network can provide a strong solution to the challenge of providing country-wide, large-scale IoT connectivity.
